We are a family based company focused on restoring antique homes to their former glory.

Starting with our first in South Dakota to begin our rental options.We are the Duvall Familyand we are passionate about historic preservation and classic old houses. We purchased our home in South Dakota and restored it back to her full glory in the summer of 2021.

It was in disrepair for the last 30 years, luckily the old girl had great bones.We preserved the original exterior, windows, floors, staircase and by a miracle most of the original hardware is on the upstairs doors. It was a family project and everyone pitched, except our dog Clarabelle. She is just our mascot!

We loved uncovering the working class history of the Toenges Family (Henry, Clarabelle & Rose) who built the house. We have a living history wall at the home,detailing the first owners’ lives. It is a true American Dream and we are honored to be caretakers of their home, living our American Dream!
